Box Mandolin Slicer

With adjustable finger-guard and stainless steel blades, for slicing and grating. The precision-ground slicing blade has been specially designed for use with a variety of foods - sliced directly onto a chopping board or into the storage container included in the pack.

Cut larger fruits and vegetables into manageable pieces and then a smooth, easy action will produce evenly proportioned slices, which can be stored in the fridge using the container and sealing lid. The slicer has also been specially moulded to sit firmly over a pan or a bowl. With its quality stainless steel blade it’s perfect for fast and easy food preparation.

The set also contains two interchangeable blades for grating. The coarse grater, for use with medium cheeses, can be placed directly onto the container - a more convenient and hygienic way of grating. Grated Cheddar Cheese, can be prepared and stored, or used immediately with your favourite dishes.

Even in the middle of food preparation, it’s such a simple process to change the blades - from coarse grater to fine grater in an instant. The fine grater is for harder cheeses such as Parmesan - which lends itself perfectly to storage in the container. With this versatile set you can also grate carrots and shred cabbage for coleslaw.
