The cutting edge of this knife is actually straight, with the fluting on each side staggered so that the flutes on one side fall in between those on the other side. This construction gives the blade its extreme thinness and flexibility and means that there are no sharp points or jagged edges to rip the slices as you cut. It is ideal for fine slicing of fish aas well as denser foods, such as smoked salmon, or ham.

The lightweight Victorinox range is dishwasher safe and has black, Fibrox handles for durability & hygiene, with a high quality steel blade for sharpness and edge retention.
