Single Egg Poacher

This versatile poacher lets you cook perfect eggs every time, in a few easy steps:-

• Add a few drops of oil to the poacher cup
• Crack the egg in to it
• Hang the cup over the edge of, or stand it in, a saucepan of boiling water
• Ensure the level of water is just below the lip of the cup
• Cook to taste

Each poacher cup is 7cm (2.7") in diameter & 3cm (1.2") deep and has a 9.5cm (3.7") handle.
